We made a better way to get probate.

Couldn’t fault these guys. Easy to navigate through the site and they were on hand to speak to when needed. No need to use a solicitor which made a refreshing change. A difficult time was made so much easier. Don’t use anyone else, these are the people to use when having to deal with probate.

Fantastic service..best £399 ever spent. I had quotes for over £5000 from solicitors I sent off my probate form on the 28th Oct 2024 (hard copy) I received an email on the 18th November 2024 letting me know that they had received my applications. I have just received my email 30/11/24, that my probate application has been granted… Just under a month all done. I was holding off doing this job for months as I was struggling to find a solicitors that I liked.. I am so happy I came across this company.. Honestly if I can do it so can anyone!!!

Fantastic service. Extremely clearly laid out, very intuitive and lots of online help. I used the contact twice: once promptly answered via email, the second via a booked appt – again very polite and incredibly helpful. I took my time over entering and double-checking details but, from beginning to end (IHT done and probate in hand) took 10 weeks including turnaround time for documents. Great value for money and strongly recommended.

I wanted to have a go at doing probate myself but did not have the confidence to go it alone. This platform was the perfect compromise and saved us thousands in Solicitors fees. I work as a Digital Project Manager so I am computer literate, but I can confirm the platform is very user friendly and intuitive for anyone to use. I phoned the helpline once for advice and they called me back within 24 hours with helpful and friendly guidance. It was not an ‘accepted estate’ and there were several exemptions to be submitted. You Can Do Probate handled this with ease. After using the platform to generate the first set of estate summary forms for HMRC I received confirmation from them within 11 days of posting. I then printed and submitted the probate forms to HM Courts. It took 9 days to receive an approval email and the Certificate of Probate arrived in the post the next day. So from start to finish – 20 working days. We were shocked at the speed! I would highly recommend You Can Do Probate. Absolutely worth the purchase fee. Thank you for making a really difficult time a little easier to navigate.

Really nice to use software that wrapped over the top of the Gov UK forms. Found it much simpler to use and collected all the required information. Would recommend to others, especially if doing for the first time.

Excellent service received from You Can Do Probate. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a brilliant service, a simple money saver. Thoroughly recommended to do Probate yourself. Very well supported by Probate experts on the end of the telephone. I phoned 4 times and nothing was to much trouble. Reasonably simple forms to download and fill in. You can at any point return to the start and edit anything. Even if you make a total hash of it you can start again as many times as you like. It collates all the information you enter into the forms and then when you print it out it is in a recognised format for the HMCTS people. If you are unsure just phone the help line and talk to an expert, if they bare busy they will call you back. I applied for Probate on 29th April, on 12 May I had conformation that Probate had been granted and I would receive my Grant Of Probate paperwork within 10 working days. You cant beat that, well worth the £499.

Very straightforward process which explained everything required to fill out the form. This coupled with excellent back up with regard to speaking to somebody if clarification was required & explained in simple terms. Very recommended and good value for money.

YCDP asked all the right questions, it was fairly easy to complete. I spent about 2 months preparing the application, getting valuations etc. Probate was approved in 3 weeks from posting the application.

Very easy to follow . Help available if required. Certainly a savings compared to solicitors fees.

James talked me through stage by stage and let me deal with it at my own pace I would recommend youcandoprobate to everyone .. worth every penny ..solicitors had quoted me £8000 that’s a real big jump in price and at such a vulnerable time ..
